摘要
目的:研究五倍子及其复方对痤疮致病细菌表皮葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑制作用,筛选出外用治疗痤疮效果最佳的五倍子复方。方法:采用试管二倍稀释法测定9种中药提取物对表皮葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并采用正交试验法研究对痤疮致病菌具有较强抑制作用的中药配伍。结果:9种中药提取物对2种细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中五倍子单宁酸的抑菌效果最好,对大肠杆菌和表皮葡萄球菌的MIC分别为12.5、0.02mg/mL。正交试验结果表明,黄连、五倍子、牡丹皮、蒲公英、赤芍和黄芩这6种中药分别以1.25∶1.0∶0.75∶2.5∶3.6∶5.0的比例配伍时对2种致病菌具有最佳抑菌效果。结论:以五倍子、黄连、牡丹皮、蒲公英、赤芍和黄芩提取物配伍的复方对痤疮致病细菌大肠杆菌和表皮葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。
Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Galla Chinensis and its compound on acne pathogenic bacteria(S.epidermidis and E.coli)in vitro,and to screen out the best Chinese nutgall compound for external use in the treatment of acne,so as to provide new ideas for clinical topical treatment of acne in the future.Methods:The MIC of nine kinds of Chinese herbal extracts,such as gallnut tannic acid,against S.epidermidis and E.coli was determined by tube double dilution method.Orthogonal test was used to study the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicines with inhibitory effect on acne pathogens.Results:Nine kinds of Chinese herbal extracts had different inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria.Among them,gallnut tannic acid had the best antibacterial effect,with MICs of 12.5 and 0.02 mg/mL against E.coli and S.epidermidis,respectively.The results of orthogonal test showed that the extracts of Rhizoma Coptidis,Galla Chinensis,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Herba Taraxaci,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Scutellariae had the best antibacterial effect on the two pathogenic bacteria when they were combined in the ratio of 1.25∶1.0∶0.75∶2.5∶3.6∶5.0.Conclusion:The combination of Galla Chinensis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Herba Taraxaci,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Scutellariae extract has a significant inhibitory effect on acne pathogenic bacteria.
