中西医结合治疗湿热下注型儿童阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of children vaginitis with dampness-heat diffusing downward treated by integrative Chinese and Western medicine therapy

目的:探讨儿童阴道炎临床特点;观察中西医结合治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的疗效。方法:收集阴道炎患儿250例,分析临床特点;将湿热下注型阴道炎患儿200例随机分为观察组(中西结合治疗)、对照组(西药治疗),每组100例,观察其临床特点,进行疗效评价。结果:①临床特点:外阴潮红208例,舌红苔黄腻190例,外阴瘙痒、阴道分泌物增多(179例);化脓性链球菌是主要病原菌;嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数升高67例(26.8%);湿热下注型占80.0%;②疗效评价:观察组、对照组总有效性率分别为93.9%(93/99)、76.8%(76/99),观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:儿童阴道炎主要表现为外阴潮红、外阴瘙痒、分泌物增多、舌红苔黄腻,发病与细菌感染及过敏有关,湿热下注型多见,采用中西医结合疗法,效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical characteristics of children with vaginitis and the effects of integrative Chinese and Western medicine therapy on vaginitis with dampness-heat diffusing downward.Methods:A total of 250 children with vaginitis were enrolled,their clinical features were analyzed and summarized;200 children with dampness-heat diffusing downward were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine,each group had 100 patients.The efficacy of the two different therapy were compared.Results:①A total of 208 clinical features of children with vaginitis patients showed vulvar flushing;190 of them had red tongue,yellow and greasy fur;179 of them manifest as pruritus vulvae and increased secretion.Suppurative streptococci was the common pathogens of bacterial in those girls,blood eosinophils were higher than normal by 26.8%(67 cases).The dampness-heat diffusing downward type according TCM syndrome differentiation accounted for 80.0%.②Efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.9%(93/99),the control group was 76.8%(76/99),observation group showed better efficacy than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Vaginitis in children was mainly characterized by vulvar flushing,pruritus vulvae,increased secretions and red tongue,yellow greasy fur.The incidence of vaginitis in children is related to bacterial infections and allergies.The dampness-heat diffusing downward type was the main TCM syndrome,and the integrative Chinese and Western medicine therapy performed a significant clinical effect.
