摘要
As one of the major biomacromolecules,glycans mediate various important physiological and pathological processes.On the other hand,gly cans are highly complex and heterogeneous.For studying the biological function of glycosylation in vivo,powerful and straightforward tools re main limited.By developing a series of chemical tools for glycan labeling and analysis at the levels of live cells and living animals,our research focuses on addressing three challenges of the filed:1)cll-selective and tse specific metabolic glycan labeling;2)live-cell labeling and imaging of specific glycoforms for proteins of interest;3)quantitative large-scale profiling of glycoproteins at glycosylation sites.
