老年胫骨平台骨折的多元化康复护理效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨老年胫骨平台骨折手术治疗患者应用多元化康复护理的效果。方法选择2010年10月至2016年10月老年胫骨平台骨折患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,均采用切开复位内固定治疗。其中对照组术后予以常规功能锻炼,观察组患者在围术期行多元化康复护理治疗。术后1个月观察两组患者膝关节肿胀程度和膝关节功能评分,术后3个月评定两组患者满意度。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,观察组术后1个月膝关节肿胀程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组膝关节功能优良率97.5%高于对照组87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率95.0%高于对照组650%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年胫骨平台骨祈手术患者应用多元化康复护理能改善术后膝关节肿胀程度和功能,提高患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of diversified care and rehabilitation nursing on tibial plateau fracture of elder patients.Methods From October 2010 to October 2016 in our hospital,80 tibial plateau fracture of elderly patients were divided randomly into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Both groups were given open reduction and internal fixation.Posteroperatively,control group treated with conventional functional exercises and study group treated with diversified care and rehabilitation nursing interventions.The swelling of knee joint,functional recovery(HSS)and satisfaction were observed at 1 month and 3 months follow-up.Results All patients were operated successfully.One months after operation,swelling of knee joint in study group was better than in control group(P<0.05).At three months after operation,the functional of knee joint and satisfaction rates were97.5%and 95%in study group,87.5%and 65%in control group respectively.There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified care and rehabilitation nursing for tibial plateau fracture of elderly patients can improve knee function and patients1 satisfaction.
