基于就业导向的河北省高校翻译专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Employment-Oriented Training Mode of Translation Professionals in Colleges and Universities of Hebei Province

随着京津冀协同发展战略的推进,河北省与国际的交流和合作日益密切,对外投资规模不断扩大,促进了翻译服务人才的需求量,翻译产业迎来了更大的发展机遇。翻译人才的能力是翻译活动的核心,其培养模式直接关系到翻译产业的服务质量。为了更好地适应京津冀协同发展的需要,为社会培养专业技能与职业素养兼备的高品质毕业生,以大学生就业为切入点,基于翻译市场对毕业生就业能力的要求,对河北省高校翻译专业人才的培养模式和能力现状进行调研,针对存在的主要问题,着眼于目标定位、课程设置、师资储备、实践基地、校企合作等方面,探讨就业导向下河北省高校翻译专业人才培养模式的构建策略。

With the advancement of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,exchanges and cooperation between Hebei Province and the world are getting closer and closer.The scale of foreign investment is continuously expanding,which has promoted the demand and supply of translation service talents.The translation industry has ushered in greater opportunities for development.The ability of translation talents is the core of translation activities,and its training mode is directly related to the service quality of the translation industry.In order to better meet the needs of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and to train high-quality graduates with both professional skills and professional qualities for the society,taking the employment of college students as the breakthrough point,based on the requirements of the translation market for graduates’employ ability,this paper investigates the training mode and ability status of translation professionals in Hebei’s colleges and universities,in view of the main problems,focusing on the target orientation,curriculum,teacher reserve,practice base,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.,discussing the construction strategy of the employment-oriented training mode for translation professionals in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.
