高校思政课网络教学在创新教学方式、丰富教学内容,提升教学质量等方面具有重要的价值和意义。通过实证调研发现,当前已开展的网络课堂教学存在运行机制不健全、网络课程制作门槛过高和教学平台良莠不齐等问题,这些问题一定程度上制约了高校思政课网络教学的有效利用与充分发展。面对互联网对高校思政课教学带来的发展机遇和严峻挑战,只有通过提升教师信息化教学能力,构建科学运行机制,强化校际协同建设,推进资源共建共享等策略,才能更好地促进高校思政课网络教学工作取得突破性进展。

Online teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities has important value and significance in innovating teaching methods,enriching teaching content and improving teaching quality.Through empirical research,it is found that there are some problems with the current online classroom teaching,such as the imperfect operation mechanism,the high threshold of online course production and the uneven quality of teaching platform.These problems,to a certain extent,restrict the effective use and full development of online teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities.In the face of the development opportunities and severe challenges brought by the internet to the ideological and political course teaching in colleges and universities,only by improving teachers’information-based teaching ability,building a scientific operating mechanism,strengthening the inter school collaborative construction,and promoting the co construction and sharing of resources,can we better promote the online teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities to achieve breakthrough progress.
