摘要
在造纸干燥部的革新中,多通道烘缸是一种创新的设计理念。本文介绍了多通道烘缸工作的基本原理和工作方式,综述了小通道在散热研究中的三个研究重点:换热系数、流型变化和压降。探讨了截面变化在通道凝结换热中的重要作用,指出了利用通道截面形状变化可以提高换热系数。从实验、理论和加工三个方面对不同截面形状通道内气液两相流的研究和应用前景进行了展望。
In the innovation of the paper dryer section,the multi-channel dryer is an innovative design concept.This paper introduced the basic principles and working methods of the multichannel dryer.Then the three focus points of small channels in heat dissipation research were summarized,including heat transfer coefficient,flow pattern change and pressure drop.In addition,the important role of cross-sectional changes in channel condensation heat transfer was discussed,and it was pointed out that the use of channel cross-sectional shape changes can improve the heat transfer coefficient.Then,the research and application prospects of gas-liquid two-phase flow in channels with different crosssectional shapes were prospected from experimental,theoretical and structure manufacturing aspects.
