产教融合视阈下高职学生隐性职业素养共育途径研究

摘要 对产教融合视阈下高职学生隐性职业素养共育途径进行研究,认为隐性职业素养是传统文化与国际化、时代性的融合。传统职业教育模式中,以技术性、实践性为核心的显性职业素养被高标准要求,隐性职业素养因缺乏合理的量化手段而被弱化忽略,高职教育对学生的隐性职业素养指导和测评程度不够,学生的创新意识、心理抗压能力等隐性职业素养均有待提升。提出了产教融合下隐性职业素养的培育策略:将立德树人理念贯穿全部课程,开发以提升隐性职业素养为目标的实践课程,将企业实习与技能大赛融合。高职学生的隐性职业素养不可忽视,要积极探索,让策略落到实处,进一步创新产教结合、校企一体的培养模式。 The research explores the co-culture pathway of recessive professional quality of higher vocational students under the perspective of the integration of industry and teaching.Recessive professional quality is regarded as the integration of traditional culture,internationalization and contemporaneity.In the traditional professional teaching model,the dominant professional qualified with technical and practical characterizations as the core is required by high standard,but the recessive professional quality is weakened and neglected because of the lack of rational quantification method.There is insufficiency of recessive professional quality guidance and evaluation in higher vocational education.The recessive professional qualities of students,such as the innovative consciousness and psychological anti-pressure ability,need improvement.Cultivation strategies of recessive professional quality under the perspective of the integration of industry and teaching are proposed,i.e.to penetrate moral composition concept into all courses,develop practical courses targeted by recessive professional quality training,and integrate enterprise internship with skill competition.We should not neglect recessive professional quality,should actively explore and implement strategies,and further innovate the training mode of the combination of industry and teaching,and of the integration of the school and enterprise.
