摘要
为了充分发挥高校在新旧动能转换中的重要作用,进而为社会发展提供重要的人才和智力支撑,探讨了地方高校服务新旧动能转换的路径与对策。分析了地方高校服务新旧动能转换存在的主要问题,如专业结构设置与社会需求匹配度不高,应用型人才培养所需应用型教师不足,培养输送的毕业生与社会需求、岗位需求脱节,高校与企业、高校与地方协同合作不足。列举了地方高校服务新旧动能转换的典型案例与经验借鉴,阐述了地方高校服务新旧动能转换的路径与对策:要统筹规划,推进社会服务;加强师资队伍建设,引进高端人才;打造科研创新团队,加快科技成果转化;推进校企、校城、校校融合发展。探究地方高校服务新旧动能转换的路径与对策,能够推动高校建成产学研合作发展的创新高地,让高校更好地服务新旧动能转换重大工程。
In order to fully play the important function of universities in replacement of old growth drivers with new ones to provide important talent and wisdom support for social development,the research explores the pathway of replacement of old growth drivers with new ones in local universities and the countermeasures,analyzes the main problems of replacement of old growth drivers with new ones in local universities,i.e.the matching degree of specialty structure set and social demand matching is not high,number of applied teachers who can train applied students are lack,the trained graduates are disjointed with social and job demand,and the cooperation between applied talent training and applied teachers is lack.The research also illustrates the typical case and experience of old growth drivers with new ones in local universities,and expounds the pathway of replacement of old growth drivers with new ones in local universities and countermeasures,i.e.overall planning,and promoting social service;strengthening teaching staff construction,and introducing high-end point talent;establishing scientific and research innovative team,and accelerating the commercialization of research findings;and promoting school-enterprise,school-city,school-school integration development.Research of replacement pathway of old growth drivers with new ones in local universities can promote the innovation highland of the construction of industry-university-research cooperation to make the university better service the major project of the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones.
