实验室安全管理长效机制构建研究

Construction of the Long-term Mechanism of Laboratory Safety Management

为了提高实验室的安全管理水平,探讨了实验室安全管理长效机制的构建对策。针对目前高校实验室管理存在的实验室使用面积不足、安全管理人员匮乏、安全管理水平不高、安全管理制度缺乏约束力等问题,提出了实验室安全管理长效机制的建立措施,应合理布局实验室场地,持续加强安全教育,做好化学试剂安全管理,建立安全管理制度,开展管理人员安全培训,进而保证实验室的安全稳定运行。构建实验室安全管理长效机制,能够提高实验室安全管理效率和水平,减少安全隐患及事故的发生,更好地保障教学工作的顺利开展。

In order to improve the safety management level of laboratory,the research explores the strategies of long-term mechanism construction of laboratory safety management.There are problems in laboratory management,i.e.the lack of laboratory usable area and safety management staff,low safety management level,and the lack of constraining force of safety management system.The construction strategies of the long-term mechanism of laboratory safety management are proposed,i.e.rationally distributing laboratory site,continuously strengthening safety education,doing well in the safety management of chemical reagents,establishing safety management system,developing management staff safety training,and promoting the safe and stable operation of the laboratory.The construction of the long-term mechanism of laboratory safety management can improve the efficiency and level of laboratory safety management,reduce the security hidden danger and accident,and better guarantee the smooth development of teaching.
