汽车保险与理赔课程线上线下混合式教学模式的实践与思考

为了促进教学模式的改革,提高学生的学习效率,探讨了汽车保险与理赔课程线上线下混合式教学模式的构建策略。论述了实施混合式教学模式的必要性,阐述了汽车保险与理赔课程混合式教学模式的构建方法,可以通过智慧树平台建设翻转课堂,优化混合式教学模式的设计,构建多元化的考核评价模式。以“交强险条款解析”为例进行教学设计,主要从课前自主学习、课堂查缺补漏、课后完成存档三方面展开,并进行教学反思。线上线下混合式教学模式在教学活动设计、教学资源质量、教学平台使用等方面得到了学生与教师的认可,能够提升学生的学习效率,为学生日后进入社会工作奠定良好的基础。

In order to promote the reform of teaching mode and improve student learning efficiency,the research explores the construction strategy of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of automobile insurance and claims course,discusses the necessity of hybrid teaching mode,and expounds the construction method of automobile insurance and claims course,including the construction of flipped course through intelligent tree platform,optimization of the design of hybrid teaching mode and the construction of diversified examination and evaluation mode.Through taking“the explanation of compulsory insurance for traffic accident of motor-driven vehicle”as an example,the research analyzes from three aspects,such as independent study before class,learning more in class and keeping files after class,and makes teaching reflection.Teaching activity planning,teaching resource quality and teaching platform usage of online and offline hybrid teaching mode have achieved the approval of students and teachers.The online and offline hybrid teaching mode can improve student study efficiency to lay good foundation for student further entering social work.
