摘要
为提高教师的教学能力,提升教学效果,促进学生的全面发展,对基于TPACK框架下的高校教师翻转课堂教学能力培养展开研究。从TPACK理念出发,以翻转课堂为例,分析了高校教师在教学中存在的问题,如缺乏明晰的教学思路,部分教师信息技术处理能力较弱,对知识点的研究不够深入。针对以上问题,提出了基于TPACK框架下的高校教师翻转课堂教学能力培养策略,教师应树立以“学生为中心”的教学理念,提高信息技术处理能力,树立不断学习的观念,建立互动交流平台。基于TPACK框架下的高校教师翻转课堂教学能力培养,能够建立教学相长的课堂教学新模式,实现师生之间的互动与交流,构建和谐的课堂氛围,充分调动学生的积极性与主观能动性,有效提高教师的教学能力,进而提升教学效果。
In order to improve teacher teaching ability,to enhance teaching effect,and to promote the student comprehensive development,the research explores the teaching ability training of flipped courses of teachers in universities and colleges under TPACK framework.Through starting from TPACK concept and taking flipped courses as an example,the research analyzes the problems of teaching of teachers in universities and colleges,such as the lack of clear teaching thinking,weak dealing ability of some teachers in dealing with information technology,and insufficient depth of knowledge point research.According to the problems above,the research proposes teaching ability training of flipped courses of teachers in universities and colleges under TPACK framework.Teachers should establish“student centered”teaching concept,improve information technology dealing ability,construct continuous study concept,and build interactive communication platform.Teaching ability training of flipped courses of teachers in universities and colleges under TPACK framework can establish the new model of course teaching of teaching which benefits teachers as well as students,achieve the interaction and communication of teachers and students,construct harmonious class atmosphere,fully mobilize student enthusiasm and subjective initiative,effectively improve teaching ability of teachers,and promote teaching effect.
