摘要
对分型培养模式下高校学分银行制度的创新进行研究。分型培养模式下学分银行制度的创新主要体现在优化学分存储功能,活化学分汇兑操作,变用学分折算标准。在学分存储模式上,可以从限额存储转变成超额存储,只划定最低及格标准,不设定学分上限。对动机好、信誉高的客户(学生)而言,可通过兑换、替代、借贷等方式为其提供宽松优裕的盈利条件。可通过综合绩点建立系统的资产评估机制,让盈有显现,亏可补偿。在分型培养模式下应用学分银行制度需要设计和实施学分制专业人才培养方案,引进基于学分银行的特色教学管理机制,建立以职业生涯发展为导向的学分指标体系,以期培养出更多一专多长的高素质人才。
The research analyzes the innovation of credit bank system of colleges and universities under parting training mode.The innovation of credit bank system under parting training mode mainly reflects in the optimization of credit storage function,the flexibility of credit summary operation,and the change of credit conversion standard.Under credit storage mode,we can transfer quota to excess storage,delimit the lowest pass standard only,but set no upper limit of the credit.We can provide flexible and abundant profit conditions for clients(students)of good motive and prestige through conversion,replacement and loan.We can establish a systematic assets appraisal mechanism through summarizing grade point average to make profit increase and loss compensate.In credit bank system under part training mode,we should design and implement professional talent training scheme of credit system,introduce the characteristic teaching management mechanism based on credit bank,and establish credit index system oriented by professional career development,in order to train more high-competent people who are qualified with a specialty and many strong points.
