摘要
对人本主义视角下高校财会课程教学策略进行研究。高校财会课堂的教学观念相对落后,教学目标不够明确,学生主体地位不突出,教学资源不丰富。对此,提出了合理的教学策略:转变教学观念,创设问题情境;明确教学目标,合理安排课堂教学;关注学生学习内容,加强理论与实际相结合;注重资源整合,构建高效的课堂教学模式。将人本主义教育思想贯彻落实到高校财会课程的教学策略当中,丰富了课堂学习体验,使教学理念更加成熟,教学资源得到了充分利用,提升了教学有效性。
The research analyzes the accounting course teaching strategies of colleges and universities under the perspective of humanism.In the accounting course of colleges and universities,the teaching concept of is backward,the teaching target isn’t clear enough,the student dominant role isn’t prominent,and the teaching resource is not abundant.Therefore,reasonable teaching strategies are proposed,including transforming teaching concept,creating problem situation;clarifying teaching target,rationally arranging course teaching;focusing on student learning content,strengthening the combination between theory and practice;paying attention to resource integration,constructing efficient course teaching mode.Implementation of humanistic education thought into teaching strategies of accounting course colleges and universities enriches the learning experience of the course,makes teaching concept more mature,takes full advantages of teaching resources,and improves teaching efficiency.
