乡村振兴战略背景下乡村医疗人才培养探究

Exploration of Village Medical Talent Training Under the Background of Village Revitalization Strategy

对乡村振兴战略背景下乡村医疗人才的培养进行探究,分析了我国乡村医疗卫生发展现状,卫生水平与城市地区差距较大,功能脆弱,人才缺失严重。我国的医疗资源与庞大的人口基数不相符,优质的医疗资源大部分集中在城市地区,乡村地区缺乏应有的医疗资源。大量劳动力外出打工,乡村地区的人口数量明显较少,医疗卫生服务人口也明显减少。乡村医疗卫生产业就业能力缺失,大量医学人才涌入大中型城市。找出了高校医学人才培养存在的问题:缺乏面向乡村地区的医学课程体系,缺少对医学生的思想政治教育,医学理论与实践教学不符。提出了高校乡村医疗人才培养策略:加强对医学生的思想教育,建立面向乡村医疗人才的课程体系,综合设置理论与实践课程的比例。高校在医学专业教育及人才培养过程中要充分认识到乡村医疗所面临的严峻环境,通过教学改革及课程建设来构建全新的人才培养模式,不断扩大乡村医疗卫生产业的规模。

The research explores the village medical talent training under the background of village revitalization strategy,and analyzes the village medical health development situation in China.There are some problems,such as a large gap between health level and urban areas,fragile function and severe lack of talent.There is a large gap between medical resource and large population in China.High quality medical resources are mainly concentrated in urban areas,and there is lack of medical resource in village areas.A large amount of labor forces migrate for work,the population in village areas decrease significantly,and the population who need the medical and health service is obviously decreasing.There is lack of medical and health employment ability in the village,and a large amount of medical talents flow over into large and medium size cities.There are problems in medical talent training in the college,such as lack of medical curriculum system facing rural areas,the ideological and political education of medical students,and the discrepancy of medical theory and practice teaching.Strategies of village medical talent training of colleges are proposed,including strengthening the ideological education of medical students,establishing the curriculum system facing village medical talents,and comprehensively setting the ratio of theory and practice courses.In the process of medical education and talent training in the college,we should fully recognize the severe environment of village medicine,construct brand new talent training mode through teaching reform of curriculum construction,and continuously extend the scale of medical and health industry in the village.
