工作室化模式下高职舞台艺术设计与制作专业教学管理探究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足学生专业能力培养的需要,促使学生掌握岗位专业技能,提升教学效果,对工作室化模式下高职舞台艺术设计与制作专业教学管理展开探究。高职舞台艺术设计与制作专业教学存在诸多问题,体现在实验设备配置有限,教师实践能力和实践经验不足,学生与社会、企业的实际接触较少,实践能力较弱。提出了高职舞台艺术设计与制作专业教学管理策略,应积极推进校企合作,满足学生个性化发展需求;提高教学质量,整合互联网资源;完善实践教学体系,建立专业实践基地,进而提高学生的职业竞争力。基于工作室化教学模式的高职舞台艺术设计与制作专业教学管理,能够提升教学效果,促使学生适应职业环境,掌握岗位专业技能,提高学生的专业水平和就业竞争力。 In order to satisfy the demand of professional ability training of students,to promote the students to grasp the professional skill of the post,and to improve teaching effect,the research explores the teaching management of stagecraft design and manufacture specialty under studio model.There are many problems in the teaching of stagecraft design and manufacture specialty in the higher vocational college,i.e.the limit of experimental facility allocation,insufficiency of teacher practical ability and practical experience,little practical contact of the student,society and enterprise,and weak practical ability.The research proposes the strategies of teaching management of stagecraft design and manufacture specialty,i.e.to positively promote the cooperation of the school and enterprise and satisfy the student’s demand of individual development,to improve teaching quality and integrate internet resource,to perfect practical teaching system and establish specialty practical base,in order to promote the student’s ability of professional competitiveness.Teaching management of stagecraft design and manufacture specialty under studio model can improve teaching effect,promote student to adapt occupational environment,grasp post professional skill,and enhance student professional level and employment competitiveness.
