摘要
为了提高图书馆馆员队伍综合素质,推动图书馆事业的发展,对基于素质模型的图书馆馆员队伍建设进行研究。从核心能力、专业技能、职业知识、个人品质四个维度分析了图书馆馆员素质模型的构成,探讨了素质模型在图书馆馆员队伍建设中的作用。提出了利用素质模型开展图书馆馆员队伍建设的对策,具体要严格把关招聘工作、开展馆员培训工作、优化馆员考核体系。素质模型为图书馆馆员队伍建设提供了可靠依据,提升了馆员综合素质,提高了图书馆竞争力。
In order to improve the comprehensive quality of librarian team,and to promote library development,the research explores the librarian team construction of based on competence model.From the perspective of core competence,professional skill,profession knowledge and personal quality,the research analyzes the constitute of librarian quality model,explores the function of quality model in librarian team construction,and proposes the countermeasures of developing librarian team construction through using quality model,including strictly checking recruitment exercise,developing librarian training,and optimizing librarian evaluation system.Quality model provides reliable basis for librarian team construction,promotes librarian comprehensive quality,and improves library competitiveness.
