摘要
目的分析中医妇产科护理临床教学中采取医护结合模式的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月助理护士42名为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组21例为常规带教,观察组21例为医护结合带教,对比2种干预方式效果。结果观察组助理护士教学方式评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组助理护士理论成绩、操作成绩以及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教助理护士满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护结合模式于妇产科护理临床带教中有较高应用价值,可显著提升助理护士实践和理论能力,有临床应用价值。
Objective TTo analyze the effect of combination of medicine and nursing in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,42 assistant nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(21 cases)with routine teaching and the observation group(21 cases)with combination of medical care and teaching.The effect of two intervention methods was compared.Results The scores of assistant nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical scores and comprehensive scores of assistant nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of assistant nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of combination of medical and nursing has higher application value in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the practical and theoretical ability of assistant nurses,and has clinical application value.
