加味慢咽汤治疗梅核气临床观察

Clinical Observation on Manyan Decoction in the Treatment of Globus Hysteriocus

目的观察加味慢咽汤治疗梅核气的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月—2019年3月在衡阳市中医医院就诊的梅核气患者64例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成治疗组32例和对照组32例。治疗组采用加味慢咽汤治疗,对照组采用口服慢严舒柠片治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察2组治疗前和治疗后梅核气症状及体征变化,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的65.63%(21/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味慢咽汤能改善梅核气患者咽部不适感等临床症状,提高患者生活质量、具有显著的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Manyan decoction on globus hysteriocus.Methods 64 cases with globus hysteriocus between September 2018 and February 2019 in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were randomly divided into treatment group and and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group used Manyan decoction,and the control group was treated with Manyan Shuning tablets.7 days was a course,continuous four courses of treatment.Before treatment and after treatment may nuclear gas symptoms and signs changes compare two groups of curative effect was observed.Results The total effective rate was 93.75%(30/32)in the treatment group and 65.62%(21/32)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manyan decoction can improve the pharyngeal discomfort and other clinical symptoms of plum core qi patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has significant curative effect.
