加味千金龙胆汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Qianjin Longdan Decoction in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome in Children

目的研究加味千金龙胆汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法选取小儿多发性抽动症患儿78例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各39例。治疗组选用加味千金龙胆汤来进行治疗,对照组给予泰必利治疗。疗程30 d,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈12例;显效18例,无效9例,总有效率达到76.92%(30/39)。优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味千金龙胆汤为治疗小儿多发性抽动症的有效方药,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Qianjin Longdan decoction in thetreatment of Tourette syndrome in children.Methods A total of 78 children with Tourette’s syndrome were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Qianjin Longdan decoction and the control group was treated with Tiapride.The treatment lasted for 30 days,and the efficacy was observed after one course.Results In the treatment group,12 cases were cured.The total effective rate was 76.92%(30/39),which was better than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion modified Qianjin Longdan decoction in thetreatment of Tourette syndrome in children is effective prescription,and safe and reliable.
