中药穴位离子导入法治疗小儿急性咳嗽病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Iontophoresis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Cough in Children

目的观察中药穴位离子导入治疗小儿急性咳嗽病风热犯肺证的疗效。方法将80例小儿急性咳嗽病风热犯肺证患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予中药穴位离子导入治疗,对照组给予复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗。比较2组的治疗效果及治疗前后咳嗽症状总积分。结果观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40),对照组总有效率87.50%(35/40),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,2组咳嗽症状总积分较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咳嗽症状总积分比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯使用中药穴位离子导入疗法治疗小儿急性咳嗽病风热犯肺证有显著疗效,缓解患儿咳嗽症状,依从性强,充分体现了传统中医外治法与现代技术相结合的优势。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine on children with acute cough of wind heat invading lung syndrome.Methods 80 children with acute cough of wind heat invading lung syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with acupoint iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with compound pholcodine oral solution.The therapeutic effect and total score of cough symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.50%(39/40)in the observation group and 87.50%(35/40)in the control group,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the total score of cough symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the total scores of cough symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The acupoint iontophoresis therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating infantile acute cough with wind heat invading lung syndrome,with no adverse reactions are found,the children have no pain and strong compliance,which fully reflects the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and modern technology.
