耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷治疗骨折卧床患者便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Auricular Acupoint Pressing Combined with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Constipation in Patients with Fracture in Bed

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷对骨折卧床患者便秘的干预效果。方法选择收治的80例骨折合并便秘患者(2017年8月—2019年9月治疗)作为观察对象,根据不同的治疗方案将其分为对照组与研究组,2组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。观察和比较2组患者便秘情况。结果研究组患者首次排便时间短于对照组,每分钟肠鸣音频次高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Wexner便秘评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用耳穴压豆联合中药穴位贴敷治疗骨折卧床患者便秘症状效果显著,改善患者肠道蠕动功能,以恢复正常的排便循环。

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on constipation in patients with fracture in bed.Methods A total of 80 patients with fracture and constipation(from August 2017 to September 2019)were selected as the observation objects.According to the different treatments,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment,and the study group applied auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group.The constipation status of the two groups of patients was observed and compared.Results The first defecation time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of bowel sounds per minute in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The constipation score of Wexner in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on constipation in patients with fracture in bed has significant effect,improve the function of intestinal motility,and restore the normal defecation circulation.
