接骨续筋汤联合手术治疗股骨颈骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jiegu Xujin Decoction Combined with Surgery in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fractures

目的分析接骨续筋汤加减联合手术治疗股骨颈骨折的近期疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月收治的60例股骨颈骨折患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,空心螺钉内固定治疗)与观察组(30例,接骨续筋汤加减联合空心螺钉内固定治疗)。对比2组手术指标、消肿和骨骼结痂情况及近期疗效。结果观察组术后下地活动时长、术后留院观察时长、骨折愈合时长与对照组相比明显短(P<0.05);观察组术后21、42 d的患肢皮肤肿胀评分与对照组相比明显低(P<0.05);观察组术后21、42 d的骨骼结痂评分与对照组相比明显高(P<0.05);观察组的优良率与对照组相比明显高(P<0.05)。结论接骨续筋汤加减联合手术治疗股骨颈骨折近期疗效显著,可有效促进骨折愈合及术后恢复,并加速肢体消肿及骨骼结痂。

Objective To analyze the short-term effects of modified Jiegu Xujin decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with femoral neck fractures who were admitted to the hospital between February 2018 and February 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30,hollow screw internal fixation)and the observation group(n=30,modified Jiegu Xujin Decoction combined with hollow screw internal fixation)by the random number table method.Surgical indicators,situation of detumescence and incrustation and short-term effects were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative ambulation time,length of hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The skin swelling scores of affected limbs of the observation group at 21 and 42 days after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).However,the incrustation scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Jiegu Xujin decoction combined with surgery is markedly effective in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.It can effectively promote fracture healing and postoperative recovery,and accelerate detumescence and incrustation.
