儿茶粉剂联合碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Catechu Pulvis Combined With Iodine Glycerin in Treating Oral Ulcer

目的对儿茶粉剂联合碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的效果进行统计分析。方法对经治的72例口腔溃疡患者分成对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采取康复新液含漱,口服多元维生素(21)进行治疗;观察组采用儿茶粉剂和碘甘油涂抹溃疡处。结果观察组患者总有效率达94.44%(34/36),对照组患者总有效率75.00%(27/36)2组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛感消失时间和痛觉指数、溃疡愈合时间以及平均用药时间等数据显示观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿茶粉剂联合碘甘油外涂的方法,有利于黏膜修复和组织再生,对于加快RAU愈合,减少患者痛苦有很好的疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of catechu pulvis combined with iodine glycerin in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods 72 patients with oral ulcer were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was gargled with Kangfuxin solution and treated with multivitamin(21)orally.The observation group was treated with catechu pulvis and iodine glycerin to touch the ulcer.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),and that of the control group was 75.00%(27/36).The data of pain disappearance time,pain index,ulcer healing time and average medication time showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Catechu pulvis combined with iodine glycerin external application is beneficial to mucosal repair and tissue regeneration,and has a good effect on accelerating the healing of RAU and reducing the pain of patients.
