摘要
目的对原发性骨质疏松症患者采用中西医结合方法治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月收治的66例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各33例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合加味左归丸治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果疗效对比,观察组总有效率96.97%(32/33)高于对照组78.79%(26/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1~6个月,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腰椎骨密度、髋部骨密度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性骨质疏松症患者采用中西医结合方法治疗,对患者临床症状有明显缓解作用,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,提高骨密度,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,66 patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and each group had 33 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zuogui pill on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.97%(32/33)higher than that of control group(78.79%,26/33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 to 6 months of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar vertebrae bone density and hip bone density of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and can effectively reduce the pain of patients,increase bone density,has definite effect,and it is worth popularizing.
