摘要
目的优选凉性经筋通贴膏的最佳提取工艺,建立凉性经筋通贴膏主要药味的薄层色谱定性鉴别。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计法,以乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇用量为考察因素,以干膏得率为评价指标,优选凉性经筋通贴膏最佳提取工艺;对制剂中大黄、补骨脂、关黄柏、冰片采用TCL法进行定性鉴别。结果经正交试验分析,凉性经筋通贴膏最佳提取工艺为6倍量的70%乙醇,提取2次,每次2 h;TCL法可定性鉴别出大黄、补骨脂、关黄柏、冰片,专属性强,阴性无干扰。结论所优选的醇提工艺稳定可行,可用于凉性经筋通贴膏的提取生产;薄层鉴别方法稳定可靠,能够作为控制凉性经筋通贴膏质量的指标。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Liangxing Jingjintong patch and establish the TLC standards of Liangxing Jingjintong patch.Methods With ethanol concentration,reflux times,extraction time,and ethanol volume as factors,extract yield as evaluation indexe,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize extraction process;rhubarb,fructus psoraleae,cortex phellodendri amurene and borneolum cyntheticum in Liangxing Jingjintong patch were identified by TLC.Results The optimum extraction process is obtained asrefluxing with 6-fold 70%alcohol for 120 min,and extracting for 2 times;The TLC spots were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible for the extraction of Liangxing Jingjintong patch compound.The TCL method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality control of Liangxing Jingjintong Patch.
