中医临床路径护理在桡骨远端骨折中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing in Distal Radius Fracture

目的研究中医临床路径护理在桡骨远端骨折的应用效果。方法选择2018年12月—2019年12月治疗的桡骨远端骨折80例患者为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,分组进行护理干预,观察组实施中医临床路径护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比2组护理后VAS评分、肿胀消退时间、住院费用、住院时间及配合功能锻炼和遵医行为。结果实施中医临床路径护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿胀消退时间、住院费用及住院天数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主动配合功能锻炼患者人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医临床路径护理后能够降低桡骨远端骨折病人住院费用及住院天数,缩短肿胀消退时间,增强遵医行为意识,促进患者康复。

Objective To study the effect of TCM clinical nursing in distal radius fracture.Methods 80 cases of distal radius fracture treated by our department from December 2018to December 2019 were selected as subjects.Through the random number table,80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine clinical path nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The VAS score,swelling subsidence time,hospitalization cost,length of stay,functional exercise and compliance behavior after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The duration of swelling regression,hospitalization cost and length of stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The number of patients in the observation group who actively cooperated with functional exercise was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM clinical pathway nursing can reduce the cost and length of hospitalization for patients with distal radius fracture,shorten the time of swelling reduction,enhance the behavioral awareness of compliance with doctors,and promote the recovery of patients.
