摘要
目的通过利用“理论与实践一体化建设的住院医师规范化培训师资建设体系”,对我院规培带教老师进行师资培训,对比培训前后的带教水平。方法利用《广东省中医院带教老师师资能力评价表》,分别对同一批带教老师培训前与培训后进行评分。采取统计学方法对“理论与实践一体化建设的住院医师规范化培训师资建设体系”进行科学评价。结果通过对培训前后《广东省中医院带教师资能力评价表》得分情况进行对比,发现培训后各个维度的得分情况明显高于培训前的得分。结论“理论与实践一体化建设的住院医师规范化培训师资建设体系”有助于提高带教老师的带教质量,提高规培医生的满意度。
Objective To compare the teaching level before and after the standardized resident training teacher training in our hospital by using the“theory and practice integration”system.Methods Using the Evaluation Table of Teachers’Ability in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the same group of teachers were graded before and after training.Statistical method was used to scientifically evaluate the construction system of standardized resident training teachers,which integrates theory with practice.Results By comparing the scores of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Teachers Ability Evaluation Form before and after the training,it was found that the scores of each dimension after the training were significantly higher than those before the training.Conclusion The construction system of standardized resident training teachers,which integrates theory with practice,is helpful to improve the quality of resident training teachers and improve the satisfaction of trained doctors.
