赣鄱中药工匠精神是赣鄱区域的代表文化之一,具有重要的学术价值和文化价值,本文对赣鄱中药工匠精神的内涵进行了凝练,从赣鄱中药工匠精神的需要和拓宽弘扬赣鄱中药文化的渠道两方面阐述赣鄱中药工匠精神传承的意义,从人才、企业、政策、重视程度4个方面阐述其传承中遇到的问题并进行分析,为赣鄱中药工匠精神传承思路提供策略。

The craftsmanship of Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine is one of representative culture in Ganpo district.And it contains high academic and cultural value as well.This article has extracted the content of the spirit of craftsmen in Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine.It expounds the significance of inheriting the spirit of craftsmen in Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine from two aspects:the need of the spirit of craftsmen in Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine and the channel of carrying forward Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine culture.Meanwhile,it analyzed and summarized the problems encountered in the inheritance from the four aspects of talents,enterprises,policies and degree of attention.All of this could provide more strategies and ideas in inheriting the craftsmanship of Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine.
