传感器种类及方案在中医脉象检测中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 脉诊一直是中医教学的重点和难点,从最早的模式图、示意图到现今的波状图,研究者一直在寻找脉诊客观化的最佳方法和途径。传感器种类和方案的选择与应用是脉诊客观化研究的关键一环。通过对各种脉象采集传感器的工作原理和应用方案两方面的阐释,综述脉象检测方法的研究现状。基于单点压力传感器脉象仪目前应用最为成熟和广泛,并在行业、团体、国际上具有标准化的优势,但中医脉象检测在整体上仍然存在标准不统一、同质化程度高、操作要求高及检测结果重现性低等问题。未来的中医脉象检测还需借助传感、材料、信息和人工智能等技术的发展和应用,寻求新的突破。 The pulse of TCM has always been the focus and difficulty of teaching and learning.From the earliest pattern diagrams and schematic diagrams to the current wavy diagrams,researchers are always looking for methods and ways to objectively diagnose the pulse.The selection and application of sensor types and schemes is a key part of the objective research of pulse diagnosis of TCM.Through the interpretation of the working principle and application scheme of various pulse acquisition sensors,the research status of pulse detection methods is reviewed.The single-point pressure sensor based pulse detector is currently the most mature and widely used,and has standard advantages in industry,group and international.However,there are still standards in the whole TCM pulse detection,such as non-uniformity,high homogeneity,high operational requirements,and test results.Low reproducibility issues.In the future,pulse detection of TCM needs to rely on sensing technology,material technology,information technology,artificial intelligence and other technologies to achieve new breakthroughs.
