摘要
肛门湿疹是中医外科常见病之一,以肛周皮肤瘙痒、糜烂、皮疹为主要特征,病情反复,迁延难愈,可发生在任何年龄。中医学认为风、湿、热是本病病因;湿热内蕴、血虚风燥是本病主要病机。兹从中医疗法、中西医结合疗法、其他疗法对肛门湿疹的治疗进行概述。
Anal eczema is one of the common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine surgery.It is characterized by itching,erosion and rash on the perianal skin.The condition is repeated and delayed,which can occur at any age.The motherland medicine believes that wind,humidity and heat are the causes of this disease;dampness and heat,blood deficiency and wind dryness are the main pathogenesis of this disease.The treatment of anal eczema is summarized from the Chinese medical law and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
