摘要
铺灸作为一种中医外治法,通过调节免疫功能、抑制局部炎性反应,在治疗脊柱病诱发相关症状中具有显著的疗效。笔者通过检索近5年来中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),筛选出脊柱病相关文献共150余篇并进行归纳分析,从铺灸治疗脊柱病的优势病种、作用机制、操作及灸后护理等角度加以阐述,以期为临床提供治疗依据,并开拓新的发展思路。
As an external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,spreading moxibustion has a significant effect on relieving lumbago and other related symptoms caused by rachiopathy by regulating immune function and inhibiting local inflammatory reaction.By searching CNKI in the past five years,more than 150 articles related to spinal diseases were screened out,which were summarized and analyzed as follows,in order to provide ideas and basis for clinical spreading moxibustion treatment of rachiopathy.
