人参对脓毒症免疫系统调节机制的研究进展

Research Progress of Ginseng’s Immune System Regulation Mechanism in Sepsis

脓毒症作为在ICU急危重症患者中常见的全身炎症反应综合征,具有发病急、病势凶险、死亡率高的特点。中医对脓毒症治疗有着独特的优势,据文献报道,无论是纯中医或中西医结合治疗脓毒症,均有着明显的治疗效果。据笔者观察发现,大量治疗脓毒症的中医方剂都有人参,人参对脓毒症引发的免疫抑制状态有着极大改善作用。文章将从脓毒症的免疫抑制及人参的现代药理研究来阐述人参对脓毒症免疫系统的调节机制。

Sepsis is a common clinical complication in ICU patients with acute and critical illness.It has the characteristics of acute onset,dangerous disease and high mortality.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of sepsis.According to many literature reports,whether it is the treatment of sepsis with traditional Chinese medicine or the treatment of sepsis with acupuncture and moxibustion assisted by western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic effects on the level of inflammatory molecules in sepsis.However,according to the author’s observation,many of the Chinese medicine prescriptions have ginseng as a traditional Chinese medicine,and there are also many documents on the treatment of sepsis with ginseng,which also suggests that ginseng plays a very important role in the treatment of sepsis.This article will discuss the immunosuppression of sepsis and modern pharmacology of ginseng to discuss the regulation mechanism of ginseng on the immune system of sepsis.
