“金课建设”导向下高职体育教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of Physical Education in Higher Vocation al Education under the Guidance of"Golden Course Construction"

《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的出台和《关于狠抓新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神落实的通知》通知的印发,使得学校体育教学质量又一次受到广泛关注。因此,该文针对"金课建设"导向下高职体育教学改革进行了研究,先根据体育金课的三大特征分析了"金课建设"导向下高职体育教学中的"水课"问题,即学生的负荷量不够、学生的学习兴趣不高、核心素养的培养存在偏颇,并据此提出了几点具体的改革对策与建议,希望对高职体育教学改革的推进和教学质量的提高能够有所助力。

The promu l g at ion of t he Hea lt hy Ch i na 2030 pl a n n i ng out l i ne a nd t he Not ice on t he implementation of the spirit of the national undergraduate education work conference in the new era have once again attracted attention to the quality of school physical education.Therefore,this paper studies the reform of higher vocational physical education under the guidance of"golden course construction".According to the three characteristics of the golden course of physical education,this paper f irst analyzes the"water course"problems in higher vocational physical education under the guidance of"golden course construction",that is,the students'load is not enough,the students'interest in learning is not high,and the cultivation of core literacy is biased.Based on this,it puts forward some specif ic reform suggestions,hoping to promote the reform of higher vocational physical education and improve the teaching quality.
