As one of the most popular sports in the world,tennis has always been called"aristocratic sports","elegant sports"and"civilized sports".In recent years,tennis in my country has developed rapidly and is welcomed by more and more college students.At present,tennis has become a popular course on campus.How to improve the utilization rate of tennis courts,improve the quality of teaching,enable students to learn faster and better master tennis,and take the initiative to practice after class,enhance physical f itness,and improve the health of college students,which will be a lifelong exercise.The"fashion movement"of China is the key to tennis teaching today.
