摘要 要想获得良好的运动训练效果,个人的身体素质是训练的前提和基础,健美操作为运动项目也应如此,一名优秀的健美操运动员想要提高自己专业技术的前提,就是拥有良好的身体素质,必须要定时进行某些项目的测试,如柔韧性、耐力和力量素质等进行综合测评。该文主要对于如何培养青少年健美操运动员,以及增强其身体素质的方法进行讨论,对其素质训练进行了分类介绍,为使得健美操运动员达到一定程度的训练成果而提供相应的参考。 In order to develop a s port a nd obtain g ood training results,the exercise of personal physical f itness is also the premise and foundation of training,and the same is true of bodybuilding operation as a kind of training method for sports events.The premise of an excellent aerobics athlete to improve his professional skills is to have a good physical quality,and it is necessary to regularly test certain items,such as f lexibility,endurance and strength quality,for comprehensive evaluation.This paper mainly discusses how to train young aerobics athletes a nd enhance their physical quality,a nd introduces their quality training by classif ication,s o a s to make a erobics a thletes reach a certain s tage degree of training r esults a nd provide corresponding reference.
