摘要
随着社会和经济的快速发展,人们的生活质量不断提高,在满足基本生活要求的同时,人们越来越关注自身的身体健康,参加体育运动的人也越来越多。而健美健身运动不仅能够增强体质,同时对于身体塑形也有很大的帮助,因此受到广大人民群众的欢迎尤其是青年人群的喜爱,但在健美健身运动中功能性训练是很重要的,能够提高训练者的肌肉强度和身体机能,一旦在健美健身运动中缺少功能性训练,将使健美健身运动不能达到应有的锻炼目的。该文对功能性训练对健美健身运动的促进作用进行具体分析,以供相关人员参考。
With the rapid development of societ y and economy,people's qua l it y of l ife is constantly improving,in order to meet the basic requirements of life at the same time,people pay more and more attention to their physical health,and more and more people take part in sports.And body building exercise can not only build our bodies,and at the same time for the body shape also has a lot of help.Therefore,it is welcomed by the broad masses of the people,especially the young people.However,functional training is ver y important in bodybuilding and f itness sports,which can improve the muscle strength and body function of the trainers.Once the lack of functional training in bodybuilding and f itness sports will make bodybuilding and f itness sports can not achieve the purpose of exercise.This paper makes a specif ic analysis of the promoting ef fect of functional training on bodybuilding and f itness for the reference of relevant personnel.
