高职体育田径运动课程教学问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Course of Track and Field in Higher Vocational Education

高职体育田径教学是传统的体育教学内容,在高职教育中占有重要地位,但这项传统的运动项目表现出与当下教育理念存在差距,已经不能发挥其自身的重要作用。为使这一传统的运动项目紧跟时代发展,焕发生机与活力,必须进行改革和优化。该文探究了高职体育田径运动课程教学存在的主要问题,结合教育的实际需求,提出了相应的解决办法,以期实现高职体育田径运动教学的健康发展。

Track and f ield teaching in higher vocational education is the traditional content of physical education,which plays an important role in higher vocational education.However,the traditional sports show a gap with the current education concept,which can no longer play its own important role.In order to keep up with the development of the times and bring forth vigor and vitality,the traditional sports must be reformed and optimized.This paper explores the main problems existing in the teaching of physical track and f ield in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding solutions based on the actual needs of education,in order to realize the healthy development of the teaching of physical track and f ield in higher vocational colleges.
