摘要
健美操受到大学生的广泛喜爱,不仅是因为它能够将音乐与体育相结合,更是因它能够将舞蹈与基本体操有机融合。该项目节奏明快,能够反映当代快的生活节奏,能够加速人体头、颈、躯干与四肢的灵活运动,而且动作中充满着舞蹈的美感,能够在健身的同时带给人们较高的艺术享受。因此,在健美操的学习过程中如何提高大学生的舞蹈意识成为教学的重点内容,该文针对舞蹈意识的内容、提高舞蹈意识的重要意义及培养过程中的注意事项等内容进行论述,以期实现提升大学生健美操教学的效果。
Aerobics is widely loved by college students,not only because it can combine music and sports,but also because it can combine dance and basic gymnastics.Its rhythm is lively,can ref lect the contemporary fast pace of life,can quickly promote the human body head,neck,trunk and limbs of f lexible movement,and the movement is full of the beauty of dance,while f itness brings people higher artistic enjoyment.How to improve the dance consciousness of college students in the learning process of calisthenics has become the focus of teaching.This paper will discuss the content of dance consciousness,the signif icance of improving dance consciousness and the matters needing attention in the training process,with the purpose of improving the effect of calisthenics teaching of college students.
