摘要
中学学生学习压力大,导致产生多种心理问题,学习焦虑影响中学学生学习成绩。大量文献表明,有效的体育锻炼可以改善焦虑状态,为了提升学习成绩,探究有效的体育锻炼、学习焦虑与学习成绩三者之间的关联。该文通过查找相关文献,采用文献法总结前者的研究资料得出,中学学生体育锻炼可以有效改善学生学习焦虑,从而提高学习成绩,但三者之间并无确定性因果关系。对于学生而言,参加体育锻炼一方面可以增强体质,另一方面可以提升学习成绩,所以建议学生在课余时间多参加体育锻炼,充分利用体育课堂,从而达到减少学习焦虑,提高学习成绩的目的。
High school students have great learning pressure,which leads to a variet y of psychological problems,and learning anxiety affects their academic performance.A large number of literatures have shown that effective physical exercise can improve anxiety state.In order to improve academic performance,the relationship between effective physical exercise,learning anxiety and academic performance is explored.By looking up relevant literature and using literature method,the research data of the former are summarized.It is concluded that physical exercise of middle school students can effectively improve students'learning anxiety and thereby improve their academic performance,but there is no deterministic causality among the three.For students,taking part in physical exercise on the one hand can enhance their physical f itness,on the other hand can improve their academic performance,so it is suggested that students take part in physical exercise more in their spare time,make full use of physical education class,so as to reduce anxiety in learning and improve their academic performance.
