摘要
钙钛矿太阳电池是光伏领域的研究热点,具有效率高、制备简单的特点。柔性钙钛矿太阳电池适用于各种形貌基底,在可穿戴领域具有广阔的应用前景。梳理了柔性钙钛矿太阳电池相关专利申请,从柔性化方式和改善电池稳定性的角度,对该领域的重点专利技术进行分类和总结,有助于了解其专利技术发展路线,对未来确定研究方向和进行专利布局有所裨益。
Perovskite solar cell is the hotspot in photovoltaic research,with characteristics of high efficiency and simple preparation.Flexible perovskite solar cell is suitable for substrates of various shapes and has broad application prospects in the wearable devices.Domestic and foreign patent applications in flexible perovskite solar cell were sorted out.From the perspectives of flexibility realization and battery stability improvement,the classification and summary of key patent technologies in this field were helpful to understand the technology development route,and was also beneficial to the future research direction and patent layout.
