对排球普修课中扣球技术的分析与研究

摘要 在排球这个项目中,可能最重要、得分手段最快但也是最难以掌握的技术就是扣球这个技术环节。人们也可能在观看比赛时仅仅因为一记漂亮的大力扣球而兴奋不已,也可能就是因为这一记扣球改变整个场上局面,导致输的队重新振作起来,充分打出自己的水平。所以,这也是高校的体育生愿意学习排球的扣球技术的重要原因。但是在学生学习扣球技术时,或多或少出现了许多大的问题,这就导致体育类的学生不能将扣球这个技术环节很好的利用起来。于是学生能否打好排球的主要标准就是看扣球水平的高低。所以学生能否在排球普修扣球技术课中很好地学会扣球这项技术,在一定程度上是急需解决的难题,这也充分展现出扣球技术的实效性和重要性所在。 In volleyball,perhaps the most important,the fastest means of scoring but also the most diff icult to master the spiking technique.It is also possible to watch a game and get excited about just a great smash,or it is possible that the smash changes the game and causes the losing team to bounce back and play at their best.Therefore,this is a lso a n important reason why college students a re willing to learn the spiking technique of volleyball.But when students learn to smash,more or less there are many big problems,which leads to sports students can not make good use of this technique link.So whether the students can play volleyball the main standard is to see the level of spiking.Therefore,whether students can learn how to smash well in the general course of volleyball spiking technology is,to a certain extent,an urgent problem to be solved,which also fully demonstrates the effectiveness and importance of spiking technology.
