浅析体育游戏导入体育课堂教学全过程的应用

摘要 传统的体育课教学枯燥、乏味,学生上课容易出现懒惰的状态,不主动参与体育活动,学生出现这种状态不利于教师顺利完成教学任务。通过体育游戏的导入恰恰改变了传统体育课出现的现象,通过合理运用体育游戏,可以提高学生的思维能力、运动技术水平与身体素质,调动学生上课积极性、培养互相合作意识、增强心理素质、提高自律性。体育教师应当在课堂的准备活动、基本技术教学中和结束部分放松整理活动中加入体育游戏,使课堂上学生学习效率得到提高,同时针对不同年龄段的学生进行不同的体育游戏,根据学生身心发展的特点创编游戏,通过形式多样的游戏,改变学生在体育课上的学习积极性,从而提高学生的学习效率。 Traditional physical education teaching is boring,dull and students tend to be lazy in class,do not take the initiative to participate in physical activities,students appear in these states are not conducive to teachers to successfully complete teaching tasks.The introduction of sports games has exactly changed the phenomenon of traditional physical education.The rational use of sports games can improve students'thinking ability,sports technical level and physical quality,arouse students'enthusiasm in class,cultivate their consciousness of mutual cooperation,enhance their psychological quality and improve their self-discipline.physical education teachers should be prepared in class activities,relax at the end of basic technique teaching and organizing activities to join the sports game,make the students in the class learning eff iciency is improved.At the same time,for different students of different age paragraph the sports games,according to the characteristics of the students'physical and mental development creating games,through various forms of the game,change the study enthusiasm of students in physical education,so as to improve the students'learning eff iciency.
