摘要
当今的学校教育已经向更全面的方向发展,不仅重视学生知识的掌握,也关注学生的身心发展,而体育锻炼就是促进学生身心发展的有效途径,通过加强高校学生的体育锻炼,不仅能够提升学生的身体素质,还能保证学生建立起一个更加阳光、更加自信的心态,让学生在拥有强健体魄的同时,也具有积极乐观的心态,这是目前高校体育教学应该达到的效果。
Today's school education has developed in a more comprehensive direction.It not only pays attention to the mastery of students'knowledge,but also to their physical and mental development.Physical exercise is an effective way to promote their physical and mental development.By strengthening the physical exercise of college students,it can not only improve their physical quality,but also ensure that they can establish a more sunny and conf ident mentalit y.At the same time,students should have a positive and optimistic attitude,which is the effect of college physical education teaching.
