摘要
该文主要采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法针对软式排球对中学生掌握传球技术的影响进行实验研究。排球是学校体育教学中必不可少的教学内容之一。但由于其性质与特点,学生对不同类型排球技术动作的掌握程度也是不同的。该文主要采用实验法深入研究软式排球对于中学排球教学的优势,阐明软式排球对硬排球教学的辅助过渡作用。
This article mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an experimental study on soft volleyball to master the passing technique in middle school.Volleyball is one of the essential teaching contents in school physical education.However,due to its nature and characteristics,students'mastery of different types of volleyball technical actions is also dif ferent.This article mainly uses the experimental method to deeply study the advantages of soft volleyball for middle school volleyball teaching,and clarif ies the auxiliary transitional effect of soft volleyball on hard volleyball teaching.
