摘要
为了提高学生的抗挫折能力,促进高中生的身心健康发展,该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从体育与健康学科核心素养的角度出发,阐述了在高中体育教学中进行"挫折教育"的必要性和可行性,并结合产生挫折的主要因素,从教学观念、教学目标、教学方式、教学手段及教学环境等方面,提出了在高中体育教学中培养学生抗挫折能力的策略。
In order to improve students'anti frustration ability and promote high school students'physical and mental health development,using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of"Frustration Education"in high school physical education from the perspective of core quality of physical education and health discipline,and combines with the main factors of frustration,from the perspective of teaching concept,teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching methods In terms of learning means and teaching environment,this paper puts forward some strategies to cultivate students'anti frustration ability in high school physical education.
