摘要
该文采用访谈法、问卷调查法等对我国普通高校高水平运动队的"招生-培养-就业"情况进行归纳,发现高水平运动队当下招生存在专业选择及信息渠道不畅问题;培养方面体育竞赛较少,奖励机制有待完善,依旧存在学训矛盾;就业方面与学校名气息息相关且缺乏一定优化政策。建议加大高水平运动队建设规模,高校内部优化学训结合,完善高水平运动队体育赛事体系,结合"三喻文化"视角吸收并培养优质生源就业形成良性循环,建设"招生-培养-就业"联动闭环下持续优质发展的高水平运动队。
Interviews and scale tests were used to summarize the"recruitment,cultivation and employment"situation of high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities in China,and it was found that there were problems of major selection and information channels in the current enrollment of high-level sports teams.In terms of training,there are few sports competitions,and the incentive mechanism needs to be improved.Employment is closely related to the school's reputation and lacks certain optimization policies.Suggest enlarging scale of high level sports team construction,training in colleges and universities internal optimization study,per fecting the system of high level sports team sports,combining with"three cof igurative culture"perspective to absorb and cultivate high-quality students employment form a virtuous cycle,the construction of"admission-culture-employment"linkage under the closed loop qualit y and continuous development of high level sports teams.
