基于PEST与SWOT分析模型下的城市体育综合体发展研究

Research on the Development of Urban Sports Complex Based on Pest and SWOT Analysis Model

该文通过文献资料法、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、逻辑分析法对城市体育综合体所属的政治、经济、社会和技术环境进行分析,并找出优势与劣势及机会和威胁。研究发现,城市体育综合体的多功能性和城市区位优势使之发展前景广阔,社会发展也给体育综合体带来一定的发展机遇,但是由于城市体育综合体是一种新型体育产业,会受到运营经验不足、赛事市场开发不足、体系不完善、发展不协调等不利因素的影响。所以,基于SWOT分析法探索优化路径,找到城市体育综合体自身的优略势,抓住有利机会,识别并规避外部风险,促进城市体育综合体的可持续发展。

This paper analyzes the political,economic,social and technical environment of urban sports complex by using the method s of l iterat ure,PEST,SWOT and log ic,and f ind s out it s advant ages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.It is found that the multi-functional and location advantages of urban sports complex make it have broad development prospects,and social development also brings certain development opportunities to s ports complex.H owever,a s a new t ype of s ports industr y,urban s ports complex will be affected by some unfavorable factors,such as lack of management experience,insuff icient market development,imperfect system and uncoordinated development.Therefore,based on the SWOT analysis method to explore the optimization path,f ind out the advantages of urban sports complex,seize the favorable opportunity,identify and avoid external risks,and promote the sustainable development of urban sports complex.
