Construction of Teaching Quality Evaluation System for College Physical Education Teachers based on Competency Model

基于胜任特征研究,构建高校体育教师胜任力模型,是一种能够科学地评测高校体育教师工作业绩的方法。高校体育教学的核心工作是高校体育教育,是体育教育中最基本、最全面的培养学生的途径。该文基于胜任力理论,从广东省部分高校的调研入手,为高校体育教师选聘、职业生涯发展、培训、工作绩效评价提供理论依据和方法支持,胜任力模型将能很好地预测教师的行为和表现,推动高校体育改革的顺利进行。

Based on the research of the competency characteristics,the construction of the competency model of college physical education teachers is a method to evaluate the work performance of college physical education teachers scientif ically.The core work of physical education in colleges and universities is the most basic,and comprehensive way to cultivate students in physical education.Based on the competency theory,this paper starts with the investigation of some universities in Guangdong Province to provide theoretical basis and method support for the recruitment,career development,training,work performance evaluation of college physical education teachers.The competency model can well predict the behavior and performance of teachers and promote the smooth development of college physical education reform.
