摘要 依托乌东德左岸地下电站主厂房施工,针对混凝土施工与金结施工干扰大的特点,设计一种不依靠桥机就能够独立运行的梭式布料机,减少两个专业施工的相互干扰。采用“受料斗+供料皮带机+上料皮带+溜管+梭式布料机+橡胶皮管”的混凝土浇筑系统,能够浇筑三级配及以下常态混凝土,大幅提高施工效率。针对主厂房混凝土下料难度大的特点,设计能够伸缩、旋转的梭式布料机,保证浇筑无盲区。应用结果表明,梭式布料机浇筑技术具有施工布置简单、使用灵活、独立运行、浇筑强度大、施工质量好和安全可靠等优点。 In the concrete construction of the left bank main powerhouse of Wudongde Hydropower Station,a shuttle type distributing machine that can operate independently without relying on a bridge machine is designed to reduce the mutual interference between concrete construction and metal structures construction.The concrete pouring system consists of receiving hopper,feeding belt conveyor,feeding belt,sliding pipe,shuttle type distribution machine and rubber hose.These several parts work together to realize system functions.This system is used to pour three graded normal concrete,which greatly improves the construction work efficiency.Aiming at the difficulty of pouring concrete in the structures,a retractable and rotatable shuttle distributor is designed to ensure that there is no blind area for pouring.The application results show that the construction technology is simple,flexible and independent in operation,and can ensure high pouring strength,good construction quality and safety.This technology can be extended to other similar projects.
